羟基硅酸盐润滑油添加剂对45#钢/球墨铸铁摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响 总被引:11,自引:2,他引:11
采用MM-200型摩塔磨损试验机考察了45^#钢/球墨铸铁摩擦副在650SN基础油和含羟基硅酸盐矿物复合微粉的650SN基础油(KF-1)润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:在650SN基础油润滑下的摩擦系数和磨损率随试验时间增加变化较小;而在KF-1润滑下,试验初期的摩擦系数和磨损率比基础油润滑下的稍大,随着试验时间的延长,相应的摩擦系数和磨损率同基础油润滑下的相比明显降低.磨损表面显微硬度测试结果表明,在KF-1润滑下45^#钢磨损表面形成了多孔摩擦改性层,硬度明显提高,因而摩擦磨损性能显著改善. 相似文献

通过在脂肪酸分子中引入硼和氮,合成了新型水基润滑添加剂(BNR),用红外光谱仪对其主要官能团进行了鉴定,用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了合成产物在水中的抗磨和极压性能,用X射线光电子能谱仪分析了钢球磨损表面典型元素的化学状态,并探讨了该类添加剂的极压抗磨作用机理.结果表明:含硼和氮的水基润滑添加剂具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能;由于长链脂肪酸分子的载体作用、硼的缺电子性、氮的高反应活性以及三者的协同作用,添加剂在钢球磨损表面形成了高强度的吸附膜和(或)摩擦化学反应膜,从而表现出良好的抗磨和极压作用. 相似文献

利用硫化钠与硫磺反应制备二硫化钠,然后将二硫化钠与1,3-丙磺酸内酯反应,合成了一种可作为电镀添加剂的阴离子表面活性剂——聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠(SPS)。采用核磁共振氢谱对合成产物进行结构表征,确认了产物结构及产率。通过正交试验研究了产物产率与反应物配比、反应温度、溶剂加入量等因素之间的关系,找出了最优合成条件:第一步合成二硫化钠的反应中,硫化钠/硫磺物质的量比为1∶1.3,温度55℃,加水量18 mL;第二步合成SPS的反应中,1,3-丙磺酸内酯/硫化钠物质的量比为1.7∶1,温度40℃,溶剂量75 mL,产物的最高产率可达到95.8%。 相似文献

气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法快速测定蔬菜水果中129种农药的残留量 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
采用QuEChERS方法结合气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)建立了蔬菜、水果中129种农药残留同时检测的分析方法。试样用1%乙酸乙腈均质提取,采用混合型固相分散萃取剂净化后,用GC-MS/MS在多反应离子监测(MRM)模式下进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,129种药物在一定的含量范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.98;不同基质在10 μg/kg添加水平下大部分农药的平均回收率为66.2%~124.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~24.4%;方法的定量限(LOQ)为0.03~16.7 μg/kg。结果表明,该方法简便快速、灵敏可靠、经济有效,适用于蔬菜、水果中农药多残留的同时快速筛查测定。 相似文献

In order to explore the role of fluorine atoms on photostability as well as morphology control of active layer in the presence of 1,4‐butanedithiol (BT), the four polymers with or without fluorine atoms in the backbones including polythieno[3,4‐b]thiophene/benzodithiophene, poly[(4,8‐bis‐(2‐ethylhexyloxy)‐benzo(1,2‐b:4,5‐b9)dithiophene)‐2,6‐diyl‐alt‐(4‐(2‐ethylhexanoyl)‐thieno[3,4‐b]thiophene‐)‐2‐6‐diyl)], poly[4,8‐bis(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b;4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐2,6‐diyl‐alt‐(4‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐3‐fluorothieno[3,4‐b]thiophene‐)‐2‐carboxylate‐2‐6‐diyl)], and poly[4,8‐bis‐(2‐ethyl‐hexyl‐thiophene‐5‐yl)‐benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b0]dithiophene‐2,6‐diyl]‐alt‐[2‐(20‐ethyl‐hexanoyl)‐thieno [3,4‐b]thiophen‐4,6‐diyl] were selected for comparison. It is found that the specimens containing fluorine atoms in polymer backbones showed of higher stability after illumination for 1 h in the presence of BT additive, contributing to the higher domain purity. The specific interaction between fluorine atoms and thiol groups was demonstrated by the appearance of novel absorption peak at 2663.1 cm?1, in addition to the broadening of peak at 2556.2 cm?1 ascribing to S? H stretching vibration as confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The informal (and/or illegal) e‐commerce of pharmaceutical formulations causes problems that governmental health agencies find hard to control, one of which concerns formulas sold as natural products. The purpose of this work was to explore the advantages and limitations of DOSY and HPLC–UV–SPE–NMR. These techniques were used to identify the components of a formula illegally marketed in Brazil as an herbal medicine possessing anti‐inflammatory and analgesic properties. DOSY was able to detect the major components present at higher concentrations. Complete characterization was achieved using HPLC–UV–SPE–NMR, and 1D and 2D NMR analyses enabled the identification of known synthetic drugs. These were ranitidine and a mixture of orphenadrine citrate, piroxicam, and dexamethasone, which are co‐formulated in a remedy called Rheumazim that is used to relieve severe pain, but it is prohibited in Brazil because of a lack of sufficient pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic information. Abstract The determination of imazalil and prochloraz fungicide residues has been carried out by HPLC with an UV detector at 204 nm and by GLC with an electron capture detector (ECD). In both cases fungicide residues were extracted with hexane/acetone (90:10, v/v) after pH adjustment and purified by a liquid-liquid partitioning process. When HPLC was used for prochloraz and imazalil analysis, it was necessary to eliminate the interfering substances with a further clean-up process. This was also required when samples with low residue levels were analyzed by GLC. Recovery was always higher than 70%. The detection limit was 0.04 ppm for the HPLC method and 0.02 for the GLC method. Imazalil and prochloraz residues in “Washington Navel” oranges and “Hernandina” clementine fruits, dipped in a 1000 ppm fungicide solution, are reported. 相似文献

A nonaqueous micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography method with indirect LIF was developed for the determination of strobilurin fungicide residues in fruits and vegetables. Hydrophobic CdTe quantum dots (QDs) synthesized in aqueous phase were used as background fluorescent substance. The BGE solution, QD concentration, and separation voltage were optimized to obtain the best separation efficiency and the highest signal intensity. The optimal BGE solution consists of 40 mM phosphate, 120 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15% v/v water and 15% v/v hydrophobic CdTe QDs in formamide, of which apparent pH is 9.5. The optimized separation voltage is controlled as 25 kV. The resultant detection limits of azoxystrobin, kresoxim‐methyl, and pyraclostrobin are all 0.001 mg/kg, their linear dynamic ranges are 0.005–2.5 mg/kg, and the recoveries of the spiked samples are 81.7–96.1%, 86.5–95.7%, and 87.3–97.4%, respectively. This method has been proved to be sensitive enough to detect the aforementioned fungicides in fruits and vegetables at the maximum residue limits. 相似文献
